League registrations are held at the St. John VFW Post #717 located at 
10400 W 93rd Ave.  Registration dates for the 2010 seasons are as follows:

 Print the the forms below, fill out, include a check made out to St. John Girls Softball and mail to PO Box 218 St. John IN 46373

 Registration Fees:   

      T-Ball:                               $155.00    -       $60 Registration + $20 Raffle Tickets + $75 Deposit (Refundable)

      Instructional thru Seniors:    $195.00   -       $100 Registration + $20 Raffle Tickets + $75 Deposit (Refundable)

      Second Child is an additional $50.00, Third Child is an additional $25.00   Anymore are free.

Fees are subject to a $75.00 deduction if a parent / guardian chooses to volunteer for any of the following tasks provided there are openings:

  2.   Coach
  3.   Sponsorship
  4.   Park Board Representative
  5.   Concession Stand Worker
  6.   Field Work Assistant
  7.   Opening Day Committee
  8.   Fundraising Committee
  9.  Carwash Chairman
10.  Tournament Assistant

*Late Registration Fee of $10.00.
